Job Description: Account Manager (US Client Focus)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager with exceptional English language skills, cultural acumen, and a proven track record in sales and account management roles, specifically catering to US clients. This role demands a high level of proficiency in English, to effectively communicate and engage with clients in the US market.

Key Requirements:

  • Advanced English Proficiency: The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in English to facilitate seamless communication with US clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Cultural Awareness: A thorough understanding of US culture, business practices, and client expectations is crucial for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • US Client Experience: Previous experience in sales and account management roles catering to US clients is highly preferred. The candidate should be familiar with US market dynamics and client preferences.
  • Work Schedule: The role requires the candidate to work primarily during US Eastern Time hours, ensuring availability and responsiveness to client inquiries and needs during their business hours.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar account management or sales positions, demonstrating a strong track record of client relationship management, business development, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of US clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries, requests, and issues.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through proactive communication, regular check-ins, and personalized service delivery.
  • Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions, drive upselling opportunities, and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services, address client concerns, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Track key account metrics, prepare reports, and conduct regular performance reviews to assess client satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations for client retention and growth.
