Requirements and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruitment channels (social media, headhunting, employee referrals) to source qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the interview process from initial screening to final offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct competency-based interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
- Provide candidates with timely feedback and maintain professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and quality of hire.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and suggest areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and university recruitment programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in Talent Acquisition or HR (preferred, but not required).
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles, including hard-to-fill and leadership positions.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong knowledge of talent sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and headhunting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethics.
