Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels (social media, headhunting, employee referrals) to source qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the interview process from initial screening to final offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
  • Provide candidates with timely feedback and maintain professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and quality of hire.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and university recruitment programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Certifications in Talent Acquisition or HR (preferred, but not required).
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles, including hard-to-fill and leadership positions.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong knowledge of talent sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and headhunting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethics.
