Responsibilities
- Assisting in organizing team-building activities and events
- Helping with HR communication, such as emails and announcements
- Research and establish corporate deals for employee benefits (e.g., discounts, wellness programs, memberships).
- Liaise with vendors, negotiate agreements, and ensure smooth implementation of deals.
- Assist in planning and executing employee recognition initiatives (e.g., Employee of the Month, milestone celebrations).
Requirements and skills
- Experience with MS Office
- Good understanding of HR functions
- Organizational skills
- BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field
